Spotify and Lean product development

Henrik Kniberg, has published an insightful case study, How Spotify Builds Products (2013). Spotify's approach to product development reflects many of the same ideas discussed in The Lean Startup. Spotify teams have boiled their process down to a memorable 4-stage model:

  1. Think It
  2. Build It
  3. Tweak It
  4. Ship It
Kniberg is a popular organizational consultant and a Lean, Kanban, and Agile evangelist. His helpful illustrations always make me think, "Yes, this is the way we need to be working!"
