How to post to this blog:

If you work at Dykes Library, this blog is for you!

This blog was created by the Professional Development Education team and is intended to be a space where we can share professional development resources, ideas and opportunities with each other.

This is a really great way to share links to articles we think others may enjoy, upcoming conference information, cool webinars, online classes, book reviews, etc.

(Please note that this is not the same blog that is viewed from our library website. If you want something to post to our website, you will need to post to the Archie Dykes Library Blog.)

So, how do you post here? There are two options.

1. Post with your personal Google account: Contact Jason to have your personal Google account linked to this blog. You will then have full posting rights. Jason or Sara can show you how to post once your account has been linked.

2. Post with our general Dykes Library account: Visit this blog (http://growinglibrary.blogspot.com/) and at the top right of the homepage, click "Sign In." Sign in with our general Dykes Library account information (username: dykeslibrary@gmail.com). We won't post our password here for the world to see, but it is the same as what we use at the front desk. Ask Jason or Sara if you have trouble logging in and/or trouble posting. Note: After logging in, you will have to choose "Become Yourself" and then create your post as this general account is also linked with our Archie Dykes Library Blog.

We know this may seem confusing, so please do not hesitate to ask either Jason or Sara to get you started. We want you to feel comfortable posting to this blog and we are trying to make it as easy as possible.
